Not at all. Iris Link is designed for store owners and operations managers, not developers. The setup process is intuitive, and our support team is available if you need help integrating it with your store.
Which eCommerce platforms does Iris Link support?
Primarily we support and focus on 220.lv, pigu.lv, kaup.ee and hobbyhall.fi
Which delivery carriers are supported?
Currently we supports Omniva, Unisend and DPD and are currenlly working to include more carriers.
How often does Iris Link check for new orders or status updates?
Iris Link checks for updates hourly or at customizable intervals which can be managed in the Pro plan.
Is there a mobile app?
There’s no dedicated app, but the web dashboard is fully mobile-optimized — giving you access to everything you need right from your phone or tablet.
Can I manually override an order or resync it if something goes wrong?
Currently you can manually order a delivery creation, we are working on functionality that allows our users to override package information in more detail in case the original information is incomplete, outdated or the package need rerouting.
